Entry Form

To enter for a SMaRT Award, please fill in this form for each entry made. You will then need to send FOUR copies of a typed submission (maximum two A4 pages; no more than 600 words), plus any accompanying material you feel appropriate with your entry. Please note that items will not be returned unless you specifically ask us to do so. REMEMBER – you may enter more than one initiative or product/brand into each category. All entries must relate to initiatives occurring between January and December 2011.

Deadline for entries is Wednesday 7th December 2011.

Please note that there is a £75 administration fee per entry. When sending your entry please enclose a cheque made payable to "Communincations International Group" or supply a PO number for us to invoice against.
